Got the stay-at-home blues? ...not any more
Now your clients and caregivers have a centralized location where caregivers can bring their clients ... for art classes, movement classes, educational programs, cultural programs and entertainment ...  for the purposes of cognitive growth, social engagement, purposeful activity, entertainment, uplifted spirits and self-empowerment.

If you're a bonded and licensed registry, then it's very likely you already know, have qualified and bonded, and worked with several of the caregivers who are also artists and performing artists, who work with us. Many have already met your high standards, and you can feel comfortable referring your clients, and other caregivers to our staff and programs ... because you know us, and how professional we are.

Many classes and sessions are led by caregivers, who are also artists, dancers, singers and other creative types.

(Note: at all times, the client is attended by the caregiver who brings them to the session.)

We offer several levels of engagement:
  • small groups of 2-to-4 clients per instructor
  • individualized attention focusing on cognitive development over a 12-week period

Cost is $22 per hour (with $2/hr going to you); plus a materials and supplies fee per session from $0.00-to-$10.00 ...depending on materials used.)

  • Additionally, and by special arrangement, Art Therapy, Music Therapy, and Movement Therapy sessions are available by certified and lisensed personnel (cost and session length is determined on an individual client basis).

1. Tired of being stuck at home? Now there's a safe and creative place to go, that's run by folks you already know and trust.

Led by artists and performing artists, many of whom are caregivers who have worked for you, whom you have bonded, we engage older adults physically and mentally in creative activities to enhance self-esteem, morale, and overall health.

2. Want to give your clients a sense of self-empowerment, purpose and worth? Take a look at our programs and give one a try.

Activities have a focus on social engagement for cognitive involvement, participants draw on their life stories, explored through movement, story, dance, and engagement in making art as a tool in expression.

3.Can give your clients a new lease on life.

"I was going thru a long depression...and this gave me a purpose to do something that I would never have done on my own. And have [a teaching artist] to guide me, was fantastic." ~ client from a class

"This class was a delight. I'll remember how wonderful it felt to be free to trust my body to move." ~ 72 year old participant

4. If  you'd like to stimulate an individual's cognitive abilities, sense of purpose, and zest for life.

"I feel so exuberant after I leave here." 83 year old participant

5. Remind people of their strengths that were once useful.

"She wheeled her chair over to me to say she felt such a strong need to say how much joy the program brought to her and to the other participants; how valuable it was to know that someone like me cared about old people like them". ~ Anthony Hyatt, Musician

6. Combat feelings of isolation and resignation, providing companionship.

Our programs stimulate thought and creativity, provide learning opportunities, help elders stay connected to the outside world, interact with people of different ages, and help people laugh and enjoy themselves.
